Coming in September 2016
The Leadership Development Wabash County Program is the premier Leadership training program for our area. It brings together a diverse group of existing and emerging community leaders and enables them to become resourceful stewards of the community. In the last 6 years, we have graduated over 130 of your peers who serve on local boards, have enhanced the companies they work for, serve in government positions and grown as individuals. Won't you join them?
Participants are introduced to the community and its issues through a variety of ways including:
- panel discussions
- site visits
- group discussions
- community service projects
- simulations, and more.
Through these activities each member develops a comprehensive sense of our Wabash County.
Those interested in participating in Leadership Development Wabash County will benefit from the program’s objectives including:
- Learning new leadership skills
- Creating community awareness
- Team building
- Creating stewardship opportunities
- Fostering a community vision.
This is a program that commands commitment of time and relies heavily on a diverse group of participants from throughout the Wabash County community. It takes participants from business (all sizes), education, government, community organizations, and healthcare.
Participating in Leadership Development Wabash County is a privilege and should not be entered into lightly. The program only works with full commitment from participants.
